Regional Monitoring Officer (RMO) -1 ( to be based in Regional Office Nepalgunj)

The RMO will be responsible ensuring effective planning, budgeting and monitoring of operational activities based on the agreed annual program of the project. RMO is responsible for preparing baseline of the project, periodic monitoring of the projects in three districts viz. Banke, Bardiya and Surkhet. The RMO will ensure accurate, timely and comprehensive periodic reports of the project and develop the capacity of the partners and the project staffs in monitoring and reporting.

Qualification Required:

1. Bachelor degree (Master preferred) in development/ management/ Agriculture) with at least three years of experience in program planning and monitoring.
2. Skills on project planning, report writing and capacity building.
3. Strong communication and computer skills.
