District Project Co-ordinator (DPC) -1 ( to be based in Regional Office Nepalgunj)

DPC will lead district project staffs and be responsible for district level overall project management activities including co-ordination at district and VDC levels. Develop training material and conduct trainings for women groups in close consultation with Project Director and RMO. DPC will facilitate the district co-ordination committee and work as project focal person.

Qualification Required:

1. Bachelor degree in education, development, management or equivalent with three years experience in community peace building, women empowerment and group mobilization and right based approach in development.
2. Good co-ordination and facilitation skills
3. Self starting and good report writing
4. Basic computer skills
