Workshop, Seminar and Conference Halls

Falcha has provision of conducting two meetings at a time. The bigger hall can accommodate 150 persons in a theatre style. On the other hand, it can accommodate 50 persons in single U shape. Small hall has the capacity to accommodate 25 persons in a training style. The halls are also equipped with equipments like Over Head Projector, Computer, Printer and Public Address System. We can also avail other required equipments as per the demand of the members.

Restaurant can serve delicious Nepali, Newari, Chinese and Indian Foods. The restaurant opens from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. It will serve buffet lunch from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm. It can also coordinate outdoor catering and organize parties.

Cyber Café

Cyber hall is the perfect place for ICT training. It is the place where group of people can play with Internet and chat through online services. The email service is also available for the members. The hall also has a facility for reading journals and newspapers.

The Cyber Café opens from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. It serves light snacks and simple beverages.

Telephone Services

Local and international telephone services are available in the venue. The charges are similar to that of local market.

Publishing Services

The venue is equipped with all the printing facilities (off set) as well as screen printing of all kinds.

Library Service

Resource library will provide its members space to carry out study/ research work. Both, members and visitors can use development books, reports, periodicals, and bulletins. Members will also be permitted to borrow all general books. However, Classified documents can only be used for reference. Golden members will be permitted to borrow 3 books at the time for a period of 15 days. Silver members will be permitted to borrow 2 books at time for a period of 10 days. On the other hand, bronze members will be permitted to borrow 1 books at a time for a period of 7 days.

Individual Membership has to deposit Rs. 500.00 whereas Institutional membership deposit is Rs. 1000.00. The library will open from 9 am to 5 pm except on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

NGO Hostel

Participants or the program organizers are always in dilemma about the place to stay after the program or meeting gets over. And, it is a tiresome job to search a place to stay or make a trip to the designated hotel far away from the venue to spend the night, that too, after a long day in the program. However, it is not a problem anymore. SAP-Falcha – The Meeting Point has commenced NGO Hostel for accommodation facility. It is located in the building just opposite to the gate of SAP-Falcha. It comprises with thirty four moderate and clean accommodations. It has got separate room for female participants with attach bathroom, separate toilets for female, hot and cold shower, common TV room and internet facility. This initiation of SAP-Falcha can be used by all the SAP-N associate members and those who are organizing their programs in SAP-Falcha – Partner NGOs, INGOs, NGOs, volunteer etc.
